Getting know about Campus and Assignment

Hello and Assalamualaikum,

Today i would like to share about UiTM Cawangan Pahang Kampus Jengka which is my current study place a.k.a second home for me. Below are function about each important place in UiTM Jengka.

  1. Administration Department

  • -Application for using UiTM buses before using its services
  • -Application for using any vehicle inside the campus

     2. Hal Ehwal Pelajar

  • Place for Curriculum Activities Department – Kesatria Negara, Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia,  Malaysian Red Cresent Society and etc.
  • Provide free medical services for student – Medical Center 
  • Provide comfortable residential college with good facilities –Kolej Tok Gajah, Kolej Mat Kilau, Kolej Tun Teja.
  • Provide e-Aduan services for students to channel their complaints.
  • Provide leadership workshop especially for leader of Student Association every semester.

  • Course registration management
  • Timetable Scheduling management
  • Academic calander management
  • Examination management
  • Academic regulation and policies
  • Issued a letter of charge after receiving report
  • Reservation for lecture hall/room

-There are two library in UiTM Jengka

  • Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari 1
  • Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari 2 (for research purpose)

Operation time 

  • Monday to Friday : 8.30a.m until 6.30p.m
  • Saturday                : 9.30a.m until 6.30p.m
  • Sunday                   : close

Examination Week:

  • Monday  to Friday : 8.30a.m until 1050p.m
  • Saturday                  : 9.30a.m until 630p.m
  • Sunday                     : 930a.m until 6.30p.m

Provide 3 types of Services :

  1. IT Services – IT Room , WIFI
  2. Customer Services – Library’s member , Lending and returns book
  3. Information Services -Provide ‘Kelas Kemahiran Maklumat’ , Library Orientation

Types of Zone in Library

  1. Relax Zone (discussion)
  2. Quiet Zone (can discuss but in moderate tone)
  3. Silent Zone (cannot speak at all)

5. Bursary

  • -Related to anything about payment
  • Tuition fee
  • Received money from fines
  • Getting allocation to conduct any event
  • Provide financial assistance

6. laboratory and information technology

Responsible for anything related to ICT involving:

  • Infrastructure of ICT
  • ICT management
  • Computer lab management
  • Equipment
  • ICT hardware & software

7. Unit Polis Bantuan

  • The main task is to safeguard and monitor things that can damage or harm the wellbeing, peace, wellbeing and property and good name of the University
  • Ensure security control is conducted within 24 hours a day
  • Law enforcement is comprehensive, fair and equitable regardless of rank and position.
  • Act on all complaints within 7 working days (Excluding case of investigation).
  • Reporting a university-related incident to the Head of the Auxiliary Police Office.
  • Take preliminary action on information about emergencies within 3 minutes.
  • Providing counter services and services that can satisfy the rooftop counter.
  • Providing quality service that does not deviate, corruption and non-suspicion.
